Carrot Cake

Carrot  -240gram
Self Raising Flour-240gram
Corn Oil-180mls
Walnut-60gram
Eggs-  x3
Sugar-210gram
Raising-60gram
Pineapple-120gram
Salt-1/2 tea spoon
Baking Powder-1/2 tea spoon
Sodium Bicarbonate-1/2 tea spoon


Method:
Mix all dry items 1st then add oil ,egg, carrot and mix well.

Heat oven for 15min then bake at 180c for 45 or 60 min or until the bake cook well.
